Tech Tip 1 Open CazCam.Com website. Right click on the black window where the image should appear. From the menu select OPTIONS and click on the Network Tab. Make sure all of the boxes are checked except the Port box. If the Port box is checked then uncheck it. Now try refreshing the site and wait for video.

Tech Tip 2 For best results and quickest video display set your Network Buffering to the 1 second minimum. Right click on the video image. Click Options and click Performance. Now set your Network Buffering from Auto to 1 second. Now when you open the website again the video should appear as soon as the stream and your player sync up.

Tech Tip 3 Remember it gets dark in the country! After dark you will only be able to see the vehicle lights as they pass by. As soon as you see the date and time stamp appear in the upper left corner of the video then you know you have a live image even though the screen may be black. Depending on traffic it may be a few minutes before you see headlights.

The CazCam.Com web site automatically loads Windows Media Player from your computer and displays it in your browser window. The streaming video from the camera is displayed in that window. Depending on your local settings (both browser and win media player) the video/audio may not display properly with the video stream. When you first visit the site you may be prompted to install and OCX component. Make sure you install it. After you install it, close your browser and/or media player and start again.

If you have updated media player and still cannot see the video you can try manually loading the video into your media player of choice. Choose the URL for your player and copy it into your media player URL address box. For example, open Windows Media Player. Click on FILE then click OPEN URL and then enter the URL address from list.
